D. "Due to" which is a noun modifier and must ALWAYS be replacable with "Caused by" is illogical.
E. Distorts Meaning. It means the investors are the reason to balance opportunities. That is NOT what the statement intends to mean. It means the balance is because of the investor's demand to...
