It's A.
As many as 300 of the 720 paintings attributed to Rembrandt may actually be the works of his students or other admirers.
- "attribute to" is correct idiom
But don't we need "of" just before "other" ??
I think we don't:
Else we should write:
works of his students or of his other admirers.
In the original sentence "his" is taking care of both "students" and "other admirers"
Any opinions?

yes, because the students and admirers are both "his" his student or his admirers

Attributed to is right here. Usage of might is wrong here. might - when the outcome is uncertain Might - past tense of May

that were attributed to be changes the meaning of the sentence. It means that the painting is actually not his. Also, I guess the main subject lacks a verb when relative clause is used. (Can be my poor quality identify SV as well)
