A for me.
B and D and E don't make good placement of "more and more".
C is passive, not preferred.

I go with A
C: passive
B: more and more between have and been does not look good to me + using present perfect prog I think is not essential.
in D and E, more n more is badly placed.

B. changes the meaning, it seems people are investing more and more money but its more and more people are investing money (check explanation for E also)

C is wrong because first clause is passive and second is active

D is wrong because when should modify the the noun just before it, while it seems to modify the adverb more and more

E While should be Since, but still would very awkward, will only choose if no other choice makes sense. By the way this mistake is also there in B.
