IMO A... Option B is unnecessarily wordy and does not convey the right meaning... A is clear and concise

I don't think you can say "more investing", only "more people". Eliminate (B) While people have more and more been investing their money
Passive voice, the subject in the second part of the sentence is people, not money. Eliminate: (C) As money is more and more invested by people
The "more and more" should describe the increase in people/investors rather than their action. Eliminate (D) More and more, when investors put their money (E) While, more and more, investors have been putting their money
Ans A (A) As more and more people invest their money
