E it is ; was thinking D but then I would use such as instead of like

All that include "like" can be ignored. Left with A, B , E

Get rid of A, whether is better ....

out of B & E

As rare as tends to say in B that something is still becoming rare instead of saying that it becomes rarer.

So E it is.
