I am an Asian American (Indian - born in the US). I was wondering if this helps, hurts, or doesn't matter when applying to top MBA programs. My focus is Michigan, Northwestern, Chicago, Penn. Thanks.

I don't have stats, but my sense it that this is a talented and somewhat over represented group in the applicant pool. you won't get any diversity points for being an Indian American. it may make it slightly harder if your group is over-represented.

Good luck!
