Thanks for posting all of the profile information you shared. You have a unique background, certainly, and yes that will help you to 'stand out from the crowd' so to speak.
For a quick summary, the following strengths stand out to me:
-unique background, would lend an interesting perspective to the class, with your engineering plus design experiences and with all you've done and experienced
-personal stories and extracurriculars
-schools do appreciate diversity in the classroom and are interested in qualified female applicants
And the following potential challenges:
-the fact that you left the masters degree program-- this could be a tougher one to overcome as it could raise a red flag as you apply to another masters program
-the possibility that schools could question whether you are ready/now is the right time... vs waiting another year or two and getting a bit more experience which would arguably also further help with your post-MBA goals
-goals could be further flushed out (and yes that can make a difference in admissions)
-GMAT somewhat below average for top 10 programs
-volunteering experience could be stronger from what I'm understanding here
Schools generally will assess your school caliber within context in your country etc, but it also doesn't hurt to help them by pointing out school accolades etc as appropriate, sure.
Overall with all of the above factored in, I'd still suggest that top 5-8 or so schools will likely still be a challenge for you. Best advice would be target schools in the 10-25 or so range, and really work on the explanation of why you left the masters program as that could still be a liability for you. Perhaps with a bit more experience, further researched and solidified goals, and maybe a bumped up GMAT, your targets could scale up a bit more. And/or you can apply to a mix of schools/tiers so you have better chances of getting in somewhere.
Keep us posted on questions and your decisions, and good luck!
