Ask Cornell (Johnson) Admissions

I would like to apply this year to Cornell and as an aspiring Cornell applicant, it would be really helpful if you kindly let me know the followings related to my career goals/ Scholarships/ Open interview facility:

My Short term post-MBA career goal is RE development/project management job in the field of US residential/commercial RE market and Long term goal is Entrepreneurship in RE development in India in expanding existing family business. In this context I've the following questions:
1.Could you please provide me some detail information on the top tier Real Estate companies (i.e. name of the companies, percentage of students recruited by them et al.) in US, recruiting from Cornell through on-campus recruiting process...?
2.What is the average package for these firms for fresh Cornell MBA grads in US?
3.How do you, as an AdCom member, perceive the growth prospects for Cornell MBAs with these firms 3-5 years down the line?
4. I would also appreciate your suggestions on how I can manage to get an internship (if I get into Cornell) to make the full time job offer smoother under tough economic scenario as RE Market is heavily related to the economic condition I think.

In the context of Scholarships:
1.What are the Scholarships/financial aid options available for International applicants (it would be great if you can detail it especially in the context of Indian/IT/Male) ?
2.Are all the Scholarships need based or merit based or both ?

In the context of Open interview:
Does Cornell provide the open interview facility and/or Initial profile feedback on the candidacy of the applicant for the current session? If yes, it would be of great help if you kindly let me know how to avail of the same and when we can expect to see this year's essay topics out?
