To answer your question
1) Wharton, Chicago, Kellogg, Columbia, NYU, Darden, Tuck
2) I am not expert in financial aid issues, but but I think Darden and Tuck both have financial aid for int'l students that does not require cosigners. I am not sure about the others.
3) In general, the details of your life will distinguish you from others. And your post above naturally provides your background in very broad terms so I can't really answer your questions without knowing much more about you. Our ebooks,
