Thanks for your post. I do believe you are competitive for top U.S. 10 (especially those schools that trend older) and LBS. However, realize that if you are competitive and present yourself in the same way the next time around, you are unlikely to change the outcome.

Please see:
* MBA Admissions: Application Advice for Reapplicants
* MBA Reapplicant 101

There are usually 3 possible reasons for rejection:

1) You aren't competitive.
2) You failed to present yourself well.
3) You are a victim of intense competition from people with a background similar to yours.

A combination of the above factors is also possible. However, I believe you are competitive. There aren't tons of female Korean lawyers with impressive experience in health care/medical device sales applying to b-school so I don't think #3 is a major factor. That leaves #2. The only way to assess that -- and I realize this is a plug for our services -- is to have a professional evaluate one of your rejected applications. If there is something to correct, you want to know about it now and not after you spend hundreds of dollars repeating the same mistakes, if any, that you made last year.

Best,
Linda
