guys, whenever u post a question from Gmat Prep - plz put a tag of GmatPrep for it so that guys who haven't taken gmatprep should stay away from it, otherwise the same question gets repeated in GmatPrep and inflates the score on GmatPrep.

$x*c+$y*d=6

d=?

Each statement by itself is not suff.

1&2 together:

3c+4d=60

more than 1 potential value for d:
E.g. d=3, c=16 or d=6, c=12

Hence, E.
