Age: 24 years
Gender: male
Nationality: tunisian
Work experience: 2 1/2 years by fall 2008
Gmat score: 720
Target schools: Columbia, Wharton, HBS
GPA: 3.3 (major: 3.4)

Work experience: 2 1/2 in a leading hotel chain in north africa.Promoted 2 times. Currently I'm the manager of over 100 person. (many examples of leadership ..)

Extracurricular: team captain of my university soccer team
team captain of the tunisian national universities soccer team
president of the SGA
president of students in free entreprise organization in my college
clear examples of leadership in each activity

lived in three countries: tunisia, france, US

Do you think that I can make it to columbia, wharton, hbs ? thank you for your help

Your profile is an unusual and compelling one. I'm not sure it's quite at the Columbia, Wharton, HBS level, but I think it's close. If you had a current extracurricular role that shouted "leadership" as loudly as your work experience then I would be more optimistic. The good news is that even if you get dinged this year you would still be young enough to apply next year, with a (hopefully) improved profile.
