I came across this article about Australian Govt. providing the opportunity to gain work permit for up to 2 years post study in Australia.
Given this benefit, what other pros/cons one must be aware of before applying to Australian Universities?

Also, what are the employment opportunities in Australia, given that it is isolated from US?

Additionally, how do Australian Employers view this Work permit benefit in the sense that, how will they begin to consider foreigners for employment as opposed to how they used to during the previous visa regulations?

Am an Indian, with 3.7years of experience as a Network Consulting Engineer, looking forward to applying for Jan2013 intake.

Looking forward to a career in Management Consulting/Strategy.

Willing to relocate to Australia.
