Avatar Competition - Win a Bootcamp from Precision Essay [#permalink]
07 Mar 2012, 08:42
Now that the season is nearing the end and we see a lot of members sporting their school's logo on the profile, we are looking for the more creative folks and offering a chance to get rewarded for your wit, creativity, and skills. Step 1: Participate: You have a cool AVATAR? Enter the competition - Reply to this post! Step 2: Vote for others - Press the Kudos button below a user's avatar to cast a vote. Anyone can vote! Step 3: Win a prize! The person with the most Kudos by end of day March 16th will win an MBA Bootcamp from Precision Essay
What is an MBA Application Bootcamp? Quote: Bootcamp #1 – MBA Application Training 5 hours – $199 Capacity: 100 people Precision Essay’s MBA Application Training is a personalized, comprehensive introduction to the b-school process. Are you thinking of applying to b-school? If yes, then you likely have TONS of questions. This intensive course is designed to answer… all of them. “Where should I apply?” “What are my chances?” “What are the smartest strategies to increase my chances to get in?” MBA Application Training addresses all these and more, in a highly interactive program. The course is a 5-hour, 3-day bootcamp, covering every step of your MBA application journey. We begin by helping participants assess their chances, mapping out a reasonable plan of attack and timeline. We next move into the nuts and bolts of the essay writing process, from start to finish. Finally, we will cover all other aspects of a successful application, including how to perfect your MBA resume, how to coach your recommenders, even what to do after your app has been submitted. PE’s Bootcamp #1 covers, well, everything. Classes are extraordinarily interactive. Participants will be assigned homework, and encouraged to participate actively. While you are always welcome to sit back and simply take it all in, you may find you get even more out of the process by engaging. FAQ:What is Avatar? No, it is not a movie. Or rather, it is more than just a movie - it is your digital representation on GMAT Club. Some people have a boring one (like me - that's my shot at the Grand Canyon) and others hopefully have something better, like annmary who came up with the idea of this competition. How can I change the Avatar? You can change your avatar image in the Avatar section of the GMAT Club ProfileHow can I vote for an Avatar? To vote, please press the Kudos button in this thread underneath the avatar How many times can I vote? You can vote once for one member but you can vote for an unlimited number of members (that is until you vote for everyone and we realize you have nothing better to with your life and discard your votes) Terms & Conditions. If you prefer, instead of the MBA Bootcamp, you can get access to the GMAT Club tests or a $50 Amazon giftcard Kudos points will be verified and may only be considered from users who have registered prior to 3/1/2012
