Is there a online version of AWA grader? How does one grade their analytical writing?

How on earth could an online script analyze your essay and produce a credible grade?

AWA is graded by both a computer and a person. If they agree on scores upto 1 point, then the average is the final score. If they do not, then they ask a 2nd person to grade the AWA and take the average from both persons.

I'm not aware if the grading code is available, but I've read GMAT coaches talk about some "template" which almost guarantees perfect 6s. (I scored 4.0 as I could not be bothered checking this).

Cheers. L.

Yeah ther are online systems. I had links to a few essay analysis projects by some Computing School. Actually ETS/PV provides analysis for a minimal fee.

The AWA is analyzed by a Computer and a human. U will be surprised that the results by the computer is usually similar to the human analysis. There are several research papers on the AWA analysis algorithm!
