This is an awesome forum! Great job and keep up the good work.
I am a post grad from a reputed school, have 15yrs work experience having been practicing GMAT, I have seen decent scores in kaplan
etc ( about mid 600 average) I am shooting for high 600, got about 6 weeks to go.
I live in boston area and due to family my choices are going to be limited to HBS, Babson, MIT, Tufts and potentially Yale.
My question is, I am 41 yrs old. If I get a decent score in GMAT, and good recs ( I have worked in a couple of reasonably successful startups and could get recs from top execs of those startups), what are my chances of getting in to top B-schools?
Am I too old for a full time MBA program? What is your oldest (full-time) MBA classmate? Could anyone please shed some light an what role does age play during the selection process?
