Really tough question to answer...it really is a function of the criteria set forth by the donors/gifters which predominately skew towards domestic applicants and high performers (GMAT, GPA, etc). Generally scholarships are few and far between and will be given to the most high potential students that fit donor criteria. I would focus on external scholarships as well since for the most part the criteria for those are far more public

Thanks for the replies guys. Obviously, it depends on so many factors. But what I'm asking is more how many full tuition scholarships a school provides? Most schools I believe will provide full scholarship to the best one or few applicants but I wonder if there are any schools that provide more than that so that good (but not the best) applicants will also get a chance for full scholarships.
