B schools that offer MBA in Media & Entertainment [#permalink] New post 19 Jul 2013, 10:57
Hi ,
I am a media professional from India. I want to do my MBA in films, media and entertainment. I've been looking at B schools in US that offer this course, but all i can find is NYU Stern and UCLA Anderson.
Please can you help me with some one options ?

Thanks

Perhaps USC?

There's also a media MBA conference which features Sloan, Wharton, Fuqua and some others. While they may not have specific concentrations in the area, they might have strong recruiting.

While I don't know much about the concentration, I have worked in that industry as an attorney for a few years and I'll say that you'll absolutely want to be in either LA or NYC. Even more important than some specialized class options, you'll want to be in an area that breathes entertainment and has infinite networking opportunities and events. The industry is far more about who you know and networking than it is about paper prestige. So, regardless of offerings, you could also look into Columbia or USC (as suggested above), which would be better than going to Fuqua or even Wharton/Stanford/Booth and the like (I know, it's blasphemy but true in my opinion).
