Tough question. I would say first there are several types of scholarships: merit based, demographic based, and need based. Each school has different funding available for each of those three (if they have all 3 types), drawn from their endowment, alumni donations and corporate sponsors. There is no real way to tell what kind of financial aid each school with offer you specifically, but average student loans can give you an indication of what to expect - here is a good article as a starting point:
Keep in mind loans are just one rough proxy - things like average student income/savings before school, cost of living, tuition, etc all play a role.
