B-Schools with limited budget

Hello there,
A brief about myself. I am an Indian Computer Science graduate from an average University with average scores. I took my GMAT this september and managed to get 690 (V34, Q49, AWA5.5, IR8) from it. As far as my post academic work experience is concerned, as soon as I graduated, I started my own trading company and I've been working for the same ever since. I'd share the reason why I want to move out of it and get employed some other day.
As I was researching for the MBA, I came across the information that there are a few B-Schools in the US and Europe that, based on your profile and GMAT and how you perform in the interviews, generously give away scholarships , grants and fellowships to take care of your tuition and living expenses for the time. Now here, I am a little confused since the situation for job aspirants foreign to America is not really favourable. Therefore, should I care about my budget and play safe or should I overlook the cost of the programme and go for the top schools with high tuitions?
Also, I would appreciate if someone could share with me a few US or Canadian schools that I should apply for from which I can expect generous scholarships.
