Banana containing 70% water is dried to yield sundried banana which contain 10% water. How many kgs of sundried banana will 30 kgs of banana yield?

10 kgs

Plug: 30 Kgs of banana at 70% water gives 21kgs of water and 9kgs of stuff.

If there 9 kgs of stuff, and the new product is 10% water, that means in all, you have 10kgs of the new product.
