Any suggestions for location? egy and I are in SoMa; there are a couple places around here and there is easy access to BART. CalTrain is probably a short walk or cab ride away. Financial District is also a possibility if others are near there.

I'm not really familiar with the city, but as long as it's somewhere by the CalTrain station (end of the line one) I can probably find it.

I am in - I live in SF and I can bring another friend that's applying.
How about Bloodhound? It's in SOMA and I've been looking to go there.

Wow good amount of interest. I know a couple non-forum applicants that might want to de-stress from waiting for results too.

Where are people coming from? Financial District/ South of Market? Outside of San Francisco?

We're looking to start around 6:30 downtown... please speak up if that is a problem. We haven't decided on a specific place, but we'd like somewhere that isn't too packed and noisy.

Actually, won't be able to make it anymore since there's another event in Berkeley I have to go to from 6pm on.

I'm not certain of my flight schedule on Thursday, but if I can make it, I will. It's good to meet other applicants and share good ideas. I live in the Mission, so anywhere off of BART would work fine.

Alright people:

February 4th, 2010
Steff's Sports Bar
2nd St & Minna, just south of Mission
I will be there starting at 6:30. Its not the swankiest, but its decent sized, has a pool table and a jukebox, and we are hoping wont be too slammed. It is right next to the Montgomery St. BART station.

There will be GC themed name tags and a marker on the bar, please fill one out and stick it on your shirt. (just kidding)

Looking forward to meeting you guys (and girls). See you on Thursday!
