i think "movements ......... are synchronized with .........." is better than "movements ............. synchronize to .........".

of vs by... go with the former for being idomatic.

D,E are out.

The movements are synchronized with the music, not to the music as A suggests. B uses the wrong tense 'is'.

So C it is.

Go for C.

'one or more swimmers' is right and should have plural verb.

Here is my explanation:

B, D are eliminated because of subject/verb issues [Movements = plural & is = singular].


Is it movements of or movements by?

Any one explain why one would chose one over the other.

To my ears "E" sounds better. I'm going with E.

If you chose C, please post why A and E are wrong.

differences i see are:

movements (of/by)

synchronized (to/with).

I chose E for brevity's sake.
