Yes D it is.
A B are out because of missing verb
C is weird Phrase + phrase + and + clause ....
D is good. parallel phrases....
E out phrase joined by dependent clause with AND and then by comma. Nor parallel.

You can join a DC with IC with a subordicate conjunction but can never join a DC to a IC with AND (co-ordicate conjunction)
Second problem is the tense problem..
D is consistant in tenses, and E is switching from present perfect has to present becoming...
