B. Beacuse and "so" is redundant
C. & D. paper ........ are -------------> subject verb agreement (paper is singular)
E. Use of "so" too many times in the sentence.

D -- "and so" is incorrect or at least wordy E -- noun-verb agreement ("all kinds...are" not "all kind...is") Nonetheless..."biggest single component" indicates singular.
