Dear all,

My question is very easy:

When is "being" NOT wordy nor awkward?

Let see whether anybody can shed some light on this issue...

Thank u all.
-Noboru.

Hey,

as you know, word "being" is in most cases wrong as far as GMAT is concerned. You should use it only when emhpasis is put on the object, for example in the scientific sentences. In that case, subject is avoided and proprer tone - passive voice - is requiered.

Hope it helps!

Can you give a couple of examples of that correct use of word "being"?

Many thanks.
