GMAT Prep question, OA is D. A is incorrect: 1. comes should be come 2. compounds *that* are also found....and that ....is the correct construction. B is incorrect: 1. comes should be come 2. they doesnt have a clear referent C is incorrect: compounds ....and Vitamin C , and inhibit the formation is incorrect - inhibit is not tied to compounds in any way( inhibits is a function of the compound and thus must be linked to it). D is correct E they does not have a clear referent.
