best b-school for consultants are in California? [#permalink]

Hi all:
I have a doubt, I ve heard that California is the best place to search for a B-School if you came from the IT or consulting world, is that true?
I m a SAP Consultant and I studied informatic engineering , more than 6 years of experience.
So Anderson, Marshall,Drucker School of Management , HaaS or Claremont could be options for me.
What do you say?
PS: I put in the balance that I have family living in CA.

California is cool, that's for sure,. And very very Tech. But it is FAR from the only place where Tech rules. Take a look at McCombs, Tepper, Gerogia Tech... plenty of other options too. although it is nice to be near family.

California, and University of California, Irvine (Merage) in S. California. Good luck! With a 710 GMAT and the international experience you laid out, I would take another look at other business schools in the top 30 (even if not in California). Typically top MBA programs get the best recruiters across all industries and at that point location becomes less relevant. The quality of the MBA program will impact your career long term ... if no other restrictions apply, have that as the main criteria.
