Here is my advise. Ask Profs in OB... they will tell you.

Almost every PHD in Biz has an OB concentration, and most are good. Some schools are "known" for OB. THere is a research ranking out there somewhere that give the info you are looking for. You might need to google it, (world Phd research ranking or something like that) I have looked through it. I believe that Wharton is ranked no1 (big surprise!)

Another reccomendation: find some research you like, and research the authors school. Also, look for recent research you find interesting and find out what school is producing it. There will be your answer in a nut shell.

In the end, you just need to research what you want to know.
