Best Schools for PhD in Marketing [#permalink]

Dear Hjort and all friends,
please name some (say ten) best places to do PhD in marketing, I have very little information regarding this. I have heard that Kellogg's is a super-specialist in this field. please throw light on it!

Top ten for PhD - very difficult to say ! Everyone will have his/her own pick. What is the criteria ? Best papers ? Best placements ? Best Scholarship ? Best City ?
Kellog, NYU, Columbia, Wharton, INSEAD are definitely top of the list.

Some very good marketing programs in terms of publication record of faculty, research culture,reputation and placement which do not normally show up in many people's initial lists but I think are very good:
Minnesota, Wisconsin Madison, CMU, Florida, USC.
All of these have been talked about in earlier posts so I am perhaps merely aggregating what has been said before.
