best schools with no job experience??

hi can anyone suggest me the best schools which can be given a shot with no job experience???

and i mean the application has all the other aspects for application strong like the gmat score and the graduation gpa
and the person applying for the course has good performance in the extra curricular activities in the graduation

I'm not a big fan of MBA programs w/o experience, but I would say HBS 2+2.

Obviously, that's very competitive.

In the context of undergrads applying to top American b-schools I’d say a STRONG GPA is 3.8 and a STRONG GMAT is 720+ (750 if the person is from India, as it seems you are).

HBS 2+2 is of course top notch, other than that, I know Tepper and Johnson take a handful of fresh undergrads each year and I’m sure some other schools do as well. But it's extremely tough to get in straight from undergrad. You would really have to sell yourself and your leadership experiences while in undergrad very well. Also, they weight GPA much more heavily if you have no work-experience. So, if that 3.2 GPA is the STRONG GPA you’re talking about, I’d say it’s actually more like an automatic DING unless it consisted of a 1.5GPA freshman year when you were dealing with the tragic death of both your parents and the loss of your right leg, and then a 4.0GPA the other three years, while juggling. Unless you have some INCREDIBLE one-in-a-million life story I’d say it’s going to be near impossible to get into any T-25 fulltime b-school with no work experience, having a 3.2, and being from India.

I guess the answer to your question is that any school/ anything is possible; I don’t think any b-school would turn down that high-school girl who discovered a cure for cancer if, 4 years from now, she had an epiphany and wanted to go to business school upon completing her undergrad. But, you have to keep it in perspective. What value can you add to the b-school and your classmates? Typically not much if you’re coming straight from undergrad. Remember that I said “typically,” though.

If your scores and GPA really are as strong as you say, then job experience might not be your biggest worry. Try to get an in-person interview if you can; my son was in a similar situation, got an interview with Babson College, and was accepted. Its a business school in the Boston area with a great reputation.

But just to add...Have you taken the time to look at each university's online class profile? Usually, it gives some insight as to the value each respective school places on prior work experience (i.e. obviously you would stand a greater chance at a university whose incoming class is comprised of 50% with zero work experience than one with <10% zero work experience).

I 'll have 15 months experience by September 2013 and i want to pursue my MBA from september 2013 itself..Which schools should i apply to so that i have a realistic chance to get selected?
Also if i apply in November or December this year and say that i'll have 15 months experience by September 2013 then will they accept it?

You never mentioned what your GPA, GMAT, and undergrad major were? What is your work experience in? Also, where do you plan to find a job after you complete your MBA? Also, do you plan to enroll in a full-time, part-time or executive MBA program?

Knowing some background info will be relevant to your admissions probability.

Well my GMAT score is 650 but i am going to retake it an aiming for 700+
i have done Bachelor Of Computer Applications with 65% marks.
I plan to get a job in USA
I am going to join Airtel in some days as a part of my job experience and will have 15 months experience by September 2013.Is the work experience counted when we apply or when the class starts?

Your GMAT score seems pretty strong as is. You should retake it if you think you could improve your score substantially. What does 65% translate to on a 4.0 scale?

I'm assuming that you're an international student? If so, you may consider looking at schools that admit a large number of international students...such as the following:

Also, you should state the number of years (or months) of experience at the time of your application to a program. (Most universities care about the work experience already acquired...not anticipated at the time of application).
