About sets of 37... well, I don't think it's a good idea. Questions are arranged from easy to hard.

:-D I was so eager to run the first 150 questions or so, thinking it was so easy. I first thought GMAT math was yummy. Unfortunately I wasn't right. My speed reduced significantly when I hit the latter questions. :?

However the last 200 questions do contain some pretty easy ones, so that you wouldn't be discouraged, perhaps. :-D

And you'll see yourself out of concentration sometimes, you solve the easy ones using significant amount of time. That happened to me.

If you are also using Manhattan books, then you will find the questions to solve in OG at the end of each chapter. This is one good way.

What's the best way to use official guide, it has so many questions. How can I maximize the use of it , doing questions in the middle of the book ??

Make sure you understand all the questions from number 180+. All the questions before that are pretty simple. If you are a more advanced GMATer, I would recommend avoiding those all together and just focusing on the last 50 or so problems in each section.
