I believe you are a
credible and viable candidate for the schools you mention – they would all be reasonable reaches of varying degree.
It’s fine to have left a “name brand” firm if you did it for a good reason and you made the most of the change, as you obviously did. Yet it’s an asset to have that brand on your resume; it enhances your candidacy. Moreover, often at a smaller firm people can shoulder more advanced responsibilities and broaden their functional exposure, so if that was your situation, be sure to spotlight it in the applications.
As for the GPA, they will note the somewhat low overall number, but they also will review the details and see that the 3.25 doesn’t reflect your actual ability and that you have indeed excelled in the academic environment. Your GMAT will further assure them.
