I thought I'd share this blog with my fellow gmatclubbers.

After 12 years at Big Pharma, China Bonding - a single caucasian American with extremely limited mandarin ability - has outsourced himself to China. These are the true tales that follow.

Very interesting reading. He's a chemist by trade but most of his posts are about fitting in with the culture. I love the story about "buttering the salad" and how he reflects on his own experience in China with those going in the other direction.
