Thinking of applying to BU's GSM. Anyone have any thoughts about the school?

I don't know about BU's GSM, but I know they have a health sector MBA. I thought of applying for that program. But the only thing is that BU's staff are not very "friendly". For all other schools, whenever I ask for information, they will give me an answer very quickly. But for BU, I never get an answer back. I don't feel very welcome. I decide not to apply there anymore.
