1). The number of the kinds of sandwich in A is twice that in B
2). Both B's coffee and dessert are 2 more than that in A, respectively.

information is given only on the constituents and not the dishes..

though B may score high in terms of number of cofees and deserts, it cannot necessarily mean that it has more number of dishes as we are not sure of all those coffees and deserts are used in making different dishes..

I dont know what more kind of such dish means. If it means total S+C+D of A and B, so the ans is E because no suf info about the number of S, C, D of A and B
