Brandeis University MBA program? [#permalink] New post 28 May 2011, 17:13
Hi all,

I am newbie here and wanna ask for advice. Please help!!

I am working at Asia as a tech consultant for three years and my BS is in Computer science. My wife is enrolled in a university near New York this year, so I also want to come here and get a MBA degree. I hope I could stay in US after MBA. Someone told me about the MBA program in Brandeis University. I want to know whether this program could help find a job? Thank you very much.

I think thats a hard question to answer without more information.

Personally, I've not heard of the program that you've mentioned and I have a feeling that its not in the Top 30 MBA programs in the US either. Having said that, it doesnt mean that you wont be able to find a job (its theoretically possible) but it may be difficult. Is there any reason why you arent interested in targeting one of the Top Tier programs? If you're looking to study in/around NY, there are lots of good programs in the area - Columbia, Stern, Cornell etc.
