hi
Have the changed the break duration between sections ? I read somewhere that it is 5 min which is crazily low.

We've heard nothing like that--the two breaks are still both 8 minutes.

1 thing to know which isn’t available online is that, when you return from the break and click to proceed to the section, a screen with instructions for that section will appear. This screen I believe lasts for 120 secs. You can use this time for plugging in your ear plugs or jotting something on your scratch pad! :)
