Bschool Social Time Budget [#permalink] New post 06 May 2009, 19:42
I am curious as to what current MBAs have done to keep their social activities balanced throughout the year. What I mean is that I anticipate a constant frustration over allotting time for study vs. spending time at company functions vs. clubs vs. pure social time. Anyone have any guidelines or practices that worked for them? Did anyone do anything like limit themselves to so many events a week or similar?

From what I have read here and on that other forum, the main message is grades don't matter, have fun, meet people, thats what really matters. What is your advice on perspective? I was just thinking about this and thought this might arouse decent conversation.
