Bschools with Supply Chain or Health Care conc in Europe [#permalink]

Hello,
I am working in IT industry since 3.5 years in Oracle ERP. I want to pursue a career in Supply chain and logistics or Health Care. My GMAT score is 610.
I want to get into a european business school as many provide 1-1.5 year programs though I have a question whether an MBA with this conc is best in US or Europe. Let me know your opinion too..
Please suggest the Top and best B-schools in "Europe" which offer "supply chain and Logistics/Health care" specialization.
Also please recommend any certification programs "supply chain and Logistics/Health care" in "India" which I can take up before MBA and increase my chances of admission into a business school.
