I am graduating this semester from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Accounting. I'm then going on to get my Master's in Accountancy, but I am just wondering what types of business schools I should look into after I get a few years of work experience. Obviously, I would like to go to the best school I can get into, but I was just hoping for a few suggestions of some realistic options.
I think you should get your M.Acc. and then work for a year or two and then when you know what you want to do long-term, ask that question. Your GPA is highly competitive at all programs. Your GMAT is a little on the low side for the elite programs. You have still to earn your graduate GPA and pass the CPA exam. But "type of school" will be heavily dependent on your goals and what you accomplish in the next few years.
