diference in B and D is just captial M of 'm'ayor? :shock:

Same for A & C.

IMO, C since we know the time so we can go with simple future. and for the capitalization, If we could have written Mayor Jones, then it would have been capital otherwise small is fine.

it says 'for 2 years'.. it has to be future perfect.. B & D.. small and capital both are fine in their own perspective.. i m surprised the difference is only capital M and small m.
