Cal State Northridge to offer MSA [#permalink] New post 16 Aug 2011, 11:36
I just out found that CSUN is now offerring an MSA program:

However there are a lot more prerequisites if you do not already hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting. CSUN won't let you take prerequisites there because Accounting is an impacted major for undergraduates.

I just wanted to share this news because it gives another affordable option in the greater Los Angeles area.

OH~ Thx for sharing this information.

I want to ask, I have vice associate degree in finance and Business administration in Bachelor degree.

May I getting in this school so hard ?

Or can I get to the community college to finish the credit they request?

I wasn't sure about some of the prerequisites I have to take so I contacted admissions. I asked about two community colleges in my city (Los Angeles); if classes from there would satisfy the prerequisites. The admissions person said CSUN takes courses from any accredited school so those community colleges would be fine. If you aren't sure about the community college you have in mind to take the prerequisites, I recommend that you email the admissions. I got a response a couple of hours later.
