You don't need to have your recos submitted to submit the app

yeah ...I'll hit submit if I do not get it in an hour or so ...he submitted my cornell reco. at like 2 pm on the deadline day ...but he writes good stuff.
some schools did say it might delaythe app. review if your online reco. is submitted before your recommender submits his reco .... ross didn't say so though.....!

My 2nd reco is still not in. its going to be touch and go. my recommender is on vacation somewhere in the carribean. Hopefully the hurricane doesnt disturb his internet/cell connections.

Finally!!! Dont know where the *** my recommender is, but just logged onto the ross application system and saw that my 2nd reco has been submitted. Wherever he is, may he live long and prosper!
Now, I can go back to my rants about not getting an interview invite.

I dont think its an automated email coz mine was sent at 4 am pst today. I think they verify if they received all your info and send the "Received" info. or may be not.

The received emails are not always automatic.. or can be.. I received my UCLA email at 2 am PST... So either some gnome was working at 2 am, or say hello to automated app processes.
BTW - what gave u the picture of me in pink flip flops? I think ur brain has been damaged with this app process...
