Hi AR,

The Tepper MBA application only gives guidelines for the number of pages for each essay. Are there any specific suggestions for fonts and font size ?

Just talked to admissions and wanted to let everyone know that the online application for entry in the Fall of 2012 is NOT out yet for Tepper. She said it would be out in early September. If you notice on the first page of the app, where it asks you what semester you are applying for, the only option is Fall 2011.

I would go for standard fonts like Times New Roman / Arial and font size of 12.

I'm going to try to start posting pictures from Tepper/CMU in this thread so you all can get a feel for the place. I'll stop once we get a bit closer to the application dates. This is the famous CMU fence. Apparently at one point it was just a wooden fence, but has now become part of the CMU culture. You show up at midnight with your paint and have until dawn to finish. It is big and clumpy looking because of the hundreds of layers of paint it has gathered over the years.

Here is my second photo update. This was taken during the first week of our BaseCamp. It is from the edge of campus that is close to Shadyside (the area where most of the Tepper students live). It is the University of Pittsburgh "Cathedral of Learning" at Sunset.
