From SF you can drive to Tahoe in about 3 hours though.
That's pretty quick Pelihu. It took us about five hours to get to Kirkwood from Hayward last year, but then again that was crawling along the windy route 88. Even in the winter Tahoe is spectacular.
Still kicking myself for not stopping over in San Fran on the way back to Japan last week. I guess we'll have to share that bottle of wine after the annual "C4C competition" at Stanford next spring.
I was thinking of the summer. Trying to get through the Donner Pass in the winter can definitely get tough. It hasn't taken so long that I've resorted to eating my traveling companions, but it happens
We will definitely have to get together sometime next year. I'm actually sitting in a motel in Charlottesville at the moment. Thinking back to my law school days, the even everyone looked forward to each year was the nation-wide law school softball tournament that they hosted at Virginia. I think the business school hosts one as well
I submitted for R3, so with the R2 deadline coming on 3/19, they probably haven't started reviewing it yet. I'm hopeful and I like the school a lot, but I think it's a going to be a tough task. Maybe I can get lucky.
