Just so I'm clear... your spouse is a PHD student in Computer Science at Cornell and you're the only one that will be applying to the MBA program?
So do you also live in Ithaca? I think it helps your chances because the odds of you accepting an offer are really high. If you're on the fence, then the fact that you will accpet could push you over the edge.
He is doing first year PhD in Computer Science in Cornell. I'm from overseas, will be applying for MBA or MSc for Fall 2008.

Ya, next week is going to be bit hectic, so in the course of things I might forget to even submit the application and my home internet connection is down at the moment so didnt want to push my luck any more.
The whole cornell application, especially the 2 mangy looking 400 word essays really scare me. What idea will they get of an applicant from those 2 essays... thats my main cause of concern.
Congrats Avi! 2 submitted so far eh? I hope to submit Stanford/UCLA the week of 10/15, probably on 10/19 or 10/20. Then pull out Haas and work the heck out of that for a week or two and submit beginning of November. Let's hope my plan holds!
UCLA is the same time for me ... one week before 24th.. I need to work more on the family essay.. that is killing me.. will start it this weekend. and improve it..too much extraneous information in it.
