Did anyone's admission letter make any reference to financial aid or scholarships? I know it wouldn't tell you if you'd received one, but did it even reference that info? Mine didn't so wanted to see if that was the case across the board. Thanks.

Nope.. My admission letter also doesn't mention anything on scholarships...

"Financial Aid Information
We will notify you when your financial aid information is available."

But I read somewhere that it's only included in the packet... are they planning to notify us online once they're ready?

I just sat and went through these 490 posts and was able to picture the tortuous drama you guys have been through! Phew!

Congrats to all those who got selected and good luck and best wishes to those who are wait listed. To the ones who got dinged best luck for your other school applications!

After all that you've been through, what's your advice to R2 applicants?

Denied. Very disappointed. I honestly thought I would be admitted with $$. Will now have to reevaluate and decide if I will apply anywhere in R2.

I just received a phone call about a scholarship from Darden. I have a full tuition scholarship.

Thanks. And no it just says "We will notify you when your financial aid information is available." So I guess I will not get the official printed word until the package comes in the mail.

FROM Darden Admissions Blog: Class of 2017 Round 1 Decision Updates
All Round 1 decisions were released today, Wednesday, 17 December at noon (ET). An e-mail was sent out indicating a change in your application status. You canlog into the application system to view your decision.

Darden gives applicants who are not offered admission the opportunity to receive feedback on their application at the end of the admissions cycle. If you plan to reapply to Darden next year and would like feedback on your application, you will be able to sign up for a feedback appointment in June.

We will have additional information for those placed on the waitlist later this week.
