I have done bachelors in dental surgery and I am from India
GMAT score-660 Average extracurricular- member pf organizing team at cultural meet and sports meet,school house captain, second runner up in inter university dance competition) ,good Co Curricular (received several accolades at high school level)
1 year internship at dental hospital ,community service- worked for NGO for 6 months, Dental camps and field visits during college period.
I am also applying for SAI schools( escp,hec, emlyon, audencia nantes) and SSE

i'm from India, completed my BBA (finance) earlier this year with 1st class.
650 GMAT
will have 1 year full time work exp by July 2013.
had 2 internships and some part time exp in my family business.
was a team leader in a local NGO.

the interview was conversation styled, with the basics like
- tell me about yourself
-why duke
-examples of team work
and them some specific questions about your resume, it could be about an extra-curricular activity or work exp or you might be asked to explain your grades.
i was also asked what my plan B was in life (that is where i think i messed up)
the interviewer on skype is generally an MBA student, so it is easy to talk to them

What do you guys think? In a way he is right. The average GMAT is a 640, and the average GPA is 3.4. Neither are very prestigious nor would they get you into a top MBA program. That being said, if you do well in the MMS program, you should be able to land a good job after graduation. I think a lot of people go into the MMS program with expectations that are too high. The MMS program, just like any other graduate program, even HBS, does not guarantee you a job. If you go into the MMS program without any internships, do not network, and do not actively seek out job opportunities, you will graduate without a job, plain and simple. If, however, you enter the MMS program with an internship under your belt, actively network, and reach out to employers yourself, you will find a job.
