Hey guys, my application is ready for submission except for 1 recommendation that I'm still waiting for. Can I submit my application even without the reco? My recommender will submit before the deadilne. Just wondering if I can submit the rest of my app ahead of time.

I have submitted my application on Jan 02... I know I should wait for some days for teh application to go into review right ... how many days does it take generally ... just getting curious

It will be very early morning here in Asia, so she even told me to sleep first then just wake up when it is almost 5pm EST. But of course, I told her that I'll be too excited to sleep.

The confirmation of receipt of transcripts and official test results will only appear on the front page of your account when your application status becomes "complete and under review." It's normal that you only see a "submitted" status right now. I suggest you check your account regularly.

My friend just got a call from Adcom. She got in with full scholarship for 2 years. Wow! She's in Asia by the way.

Does Georgetown give a lot of scholarships? Even the smaller ones?

I just got an email from Ms. Kelly! said she could not reach me by phone... I'm in too! Though, I don't know if I have scholarship $$. Still, I'm happy! My first admit!
